Meet the owner, Wendy C. Heavrin

Wendy is a licensed real estate property manager within the state of Montana.

She has over 15 years of experience in property management and is a Montana licensed Property Manager.

Our application platform (Turbo Tenant) charges a $55.00 fee at the time of application. The full amount covers the cost of credit and background checks, which are run automatically for every applicant. Because these services are performed immediately, there is no refundable portion of the fee under Montana law.
